Clock

SMP player provides some stylish clocks for you to create attractive presentations easily. You can also use CAYIN Skin Editor to create your own clock and upload it to the SMP player. In this section, we will introduce how you can manage Clocks in LIBRARY > Clock page.

Upload Clocks

  1. Click the Upload button, Upload button Upload button, and you will see a pop-up window.
  2. Click Browse to select the file; then click Upload.
  3. After you upload a clock successfully, you will see it showing in the LIBRARY > Clock page.
Note

Clocks are stored in the Resource disk. If you run out of disk space, you will not be able to add more clocks into the Resource disk. Please check the usage of Resource Disk in the SYSTEM > Overview page.

Delete Clocks

  1. Move your mouse over the clock you want to delete. Then you will see a trash can iconTrash Can button.
  2. Click the trash can icon; then you can delete the clock from the SMP player.

Online Resources

CAYIN may release new clocks from time to time. Click Online Resources Online Resources, and you can find more clocks here. If you delete any default clock, you can still download it again from Online Resources.

On the upper right corner of the window, you will see more functions for you to sort or filter clock types.

Sorting You can sort clocks alphabetically by the clock name or sort by upload date. Just click Clock Name or Upload Date to do it.
Clock Type You can use the filter to show a specific type of clock. Click the drop-down list and select a clock type, such as Analog Clock, Digital Clock (Image), or Digital Clock (Text). If you want to see all clocks, just select All.

Each clock contains the following information and functions:

Clock Preview You can view the clock preview here. If you see the downloaded icon Downloaded icon below the preview image, it means this clock already exists in the SMP player. Please note that you can only see this icon when you connect to Online Resource directly from a SMP player, not from other entrances.
Name the clock's name
Date the upload date
Downloads how many times this clock has been downloaded
Resolutions the size(s) of this clock
Download
  • Save to PC: Select this function; then you can save the clock file (.clk) to your computer and upload to SMP players later.
  • Save to SMP: Select this function; then you can save the clock directly into this SMP player (LIBRARY > Clock).
